Sandra Mihanovich presentó el 13 de febrero de 2025 el sencillo en vivo “Somethin’ Stupid (En Vivo) feat. Pedro Aznar”.
El sencillo captura un momento especial de su carrera: una presentación del 1 de noviembre de 2019 en el Teatro Coliseo de Buenos Aires. En aquel recital, dedicado al cancionero jazzístico familiar de “Los Mihanovich”, la artista se reunió con el músico Pedro Aznar para interpretar este clásico internacional.
La producción musical de esa noche estuvo a cargo del maestro Alejandro Devries, quien se encargó de la dirección musical, los arreglos y el piano. Lo acompañó una orquesta de cámara que incluyó cuerdas, vientos y una sección rítmica con destacados músicos como Arturo Puertas en contrabajo y Nicolás Sánchez en guitarra. La grabación, mezcla y masterización del audio estuvo bajo la responsabilidad de Gustavo «Pichón» Dal Pont.
“Somethin’ Stupid” es una canción compuesta en 1966, pero fue popularizada mundialmente al año siguiente por la versión de Frank y Nancy Sinatra, que alcanzó el primer puesto en el Billboard Hot 100. La versión de Mihanovich y Aznar se editó y distribuyó en todas las plataformas digitales.
